Return and Refund Policy

  • You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.

To initiate a return:

Contact our team at ylloactive@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the item securely and include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ylloactive@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
